Limited support as per service agreement
Revisions depend on purchased package

SaaS Tools (Legal Access Only)

Warranty depends on provider policies
We ensure delivery of working access
If the provider changes policy, MSZ is not responsible

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed only under these conditions:

Eligible Refunds

You purchased the WRONG product by mistake and have NOT downloaded it
File/link is corrupted and cannot be replaced
Service was not delivered, and project didn't start
SaaS access was not delivered

Digital products already downloaded
Templates already accessed
You "changed your mind"
You used the SaaS access successfully
Mishandling from user side
Attempt to misuse refund after usage

Refunds are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
