At MSZ Software House, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting our intellectual property.
Digital Products Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- Wrong Purchase: You purchased the WRONG product by mistake and have NOT downloaded or accessed it
- Technical Issues: File/link is corrupted and cannot be replaced or fixed
- Non-Delivery: Digital product was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
- Misrepresentation: Product significantly differs from description (must be reported within 24 hours)
NOT Eligible for Refund
- Digital products already downloaded or accessed
- Templates, courses, or eBooks already viewed
- Change of mind after successful delivery
- Compatibility issues with your device/software (check requirements before purchase)
- User error or misunderstanding of product features
- Requests made after 48 hours of purchase
Services Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- Non-Delivery: Service was not delivered and project didn't start within agreed timeline
- Breach of Agreement: We failed to meet the agreed service specifications
- Cancellation: Project cancelled before work begins (full refund)
Partial Refunds
- Project cancelled after work has begun (refund based on work completed)
- Milestone-based projects (refund for incomplete milestones only)
NOT Eligible for Refund
- Completed services that meet agreed specifications
- Client-requested changes beyond original scope
- Services cancelled due to client non-cooperation
- Change of mind after project completion
SaaS Subscriptions Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- Non-Delivery: SaaS access was not delivered within 12 hours
- Invalid Access: Provided credentials don't work and cannot be fixed
- Service Discontinued: Original provider discontinues the service
NOT Eligible for Refund
- Successfully used SaaS access (even for 1 day)
- Account suspended due to user violation of provider's terms
- Provider policy changes (beyond our control)
- User sharing credentials leading to account suspension
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 48 hours of purchase via email: mszsoftwarehouse@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and payment receipt
- Clearly state the reason for refund request
- Provide any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect
Return Policy
Since we deal with digital products and services, traditional "returns" don't apply. However:
- Digital Products: Cannot be "returned" once accessed, but eligible for refund under specific conditions
- Services: Work-in-progress can be cancelled with partial refund based on completion
- SaaS Access: Can be discontinued, but refunds only under eligible conditions
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of:
- Technical errors on our part
- Exceptional circumstances beyond customer control
- Long-term customer relationships and goodwill
